What is a painting event with Corks and Canvas like?
Corks and Canvas is a social, fun painting event held a various venues and wineries around the twin cities!   Relax with friends, family members, co-workers… as a Corks & Canvas Artist guides you step-by-step in creating the featured painting!  The end results will amaze you!  Each painting is similar yet with a unique, individualized twist!  Events last between 2 and 2  1/2 hours with breaks to allow you to enjoy your food and beverages while you paint.    Best part — No Experience Required!

Are we able to hold our event at our company or in a private home?
Yes!  If the location you would like to hold our event can accommodate the number of guests and space required for painting, we can certainly come to you!  Please note, if hosting the event at your company or in a private location, tables and chairs need to be provided by the hosting party.

Are we able to choose the theme for our Private Event?
Yes!  That’s the beauty of our company — its all about you!  If there is a specific theme you have for your event, we are happy to work with you to customize the painting to align with your theme.

Do you offer private events for children?
Yes!  We offer classes specifically to children called Cupcakes and Canvas!   From birthday parties to playdates to end-of-year school gatherings to school functions, we can accommodate!   Our Cupcakes and Canvas classes usually run 1 1/2 hours in length and cost $25 per child.  We supply everything the children need to create their own masterpiece and also supply cupcakes for the group!

What time should we arrive for the event?
We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the event to relax, mingle and take advantage of the venue’s special offerings!  We aim to start each event on time to assure everyone has adequate time to complete their painting.

What should I wear to the event?
The event is casual and relaxing so come in comfortable attire and get ready to have fun!  We do supply everyone with an apron; however, we recommend wearing something you would not mind getting dirty – just in case!

What is included in the event cost?
We supply everything you need to create your painting!  Canvas, Paint, Paint Brushes, Easels, Aprons, a Great Venue and a Talented Artist!
Any additional costs of the event will depend on your specific requirements for the event.  Please note that some venues may have a minimum food and beverage requirement or a room charge.  We will work with you to plan and execute the event within your budget.

What is the cost of a Corks and Canvas Painting event?
Corks and Canvas event prices range from $35 – $45 per person depending on the venue, event, date and time.

The price for Cupcakes and Canvas parties (for our younger Picasso’s) is $25 per child.  Included in this prices is all materials for the painting event as well as a cupcake for each child!

Is there a minimum number of participants for painting events?
We like to have at least 15 participants for adult events and 10 participants for the kids events.

Can you help us secure a location for our event?
Yes, we are happy to locate a venue that works best with your special event.  We already work with a number of venues throughout the Twin Cities including restaurants, wineries, golf clubs, community centers, etc.. and would be happy to secure a venue for you.

Corks and Canvas accepts Visa, Master Card, check and cash payments.
